I have lost so much family in the past few years... I just can not bear to lose the things they taught me with it and not share them with other family members.  It was brought to my attention I have a number of recipes that died when my grandmothers did.  I don't want anything else of thiers to be lost... This is my effort to keep my family alive and together as all those wonderful women before me wanted to do. 

This cookbook is dedicated to the great ancestors in my childrens family who made my childrens grandparents and parents, as well as aunts and uncles who cooked.  Thanks and so many blessings to you all.... as you blessed us all.  I have not inclueded all my aunts and family names.  I do not have them all but have tried to put those who I have recipes by them in the book as they have influenced my cooking.  IF your mother or grandmother is not listed but her food is represented here...
