Cheeseburger Casserole
 
 
1 lb    ground beef  
1/4 cup    chopped green pepper  
1/4 cup    chopped onion  
  8-ounce can tomato sauce  
1/4 cup    catsup  
1/8 tsp    pepper  
1/2 lb    sliced American cheese  
1   can Pillsbury Refrigerated Country Style or Buttermilk Biscuits  
 
Oven 400° 4- 6 servings
1 Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in skillet. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, catsup and pepper; heat. Alternate meat mixture and cheese slices in ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Arrange biscuits around edge of casserole. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
