Pepper Tortilla rounds and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Heat till bubbles and brown (crunchy). Tear apart lettuce and cut up tomatoes into it. Sprinkle lettuce with blue cheese and pour the home made ranch dressing over it and serve with white wine. |

When done I tear the quesadilla in half and fold with cheese side down and then cut that in half to make two 1/4 shaped pieces to eat served on a plate with salad. |
