Carters Steak Stew
 
 
1   family size cream of mushroom soup  
8   sirloin steaks (thin)  
1   small pack baby carrots  
2   packs mushrooms  
2 lbs    new potatoes, parsnips, rutabagas or turnips  
1/2 tsp    parsley  
14 oz    roasted garlic chicken broth  
  salt and pepper to taste  
  soy sauce to a nice brown color  
 
Cut up potatoes to a good size and boil till soft... then add soups to potatoes. Brown steaks and toss them into crockpot and cover with potatoes mixture. Add the vegetables and cook till broth browns the potatoes.
