Caramel Frosting
 
 
1/2 cup    butter  
1 cup    brown sugar  
  dash  
1/4 cup    cream or evap milk  
1/2 tsp    vanilla  
  confectioners sugar  
 
Combine in saucepan on low heat for 2 minutes stirring most of the time. Add milk and stir until mixture boils a second time, remove from heat add vanilla and beat till slightly cools and thickens then add confectioners sugar until you have a good spreading consistency.
