Blanch vegtables then pack into jars fill jars with blanch water and add 1 teaspoon salt per quart jar. Bathe jars in hot water bath. (boil sealed jars 10 minutes) Don't allow hot jars to get hit with wind or cool too fast. Jars will explode~!
