Canned Cooked Tomatoes
 
 
quart    jars  
  tomatoes  
  canning salt  
 
Blanch tomatoes then peel and cut out ALL bad spots. Return to pot and cook till done then pour into jars and put 1 tsp salt in top of each jar. Seal and hot water bath for 5 minutes. Leave 1 inch from top of jar.
