Brandied Fruit Cake (mix)
 
 
1   box yellow cake mix  
1 1/2 cups    oil (or 2/3-cup if you want to cut fat)*  
1   box vanilla instant pudding  
4   eggs  
1/2 cup    brandied fruit, drained & chopped to bite size  
1 cup    nuts, chopped (optional)  
 
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a greased Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50- 60 minutes or until done. (Toothpick comes out clean) Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Turn out onto rack. Freezes well.
