Barbs Japanese Fruit Pie
 
 
1 cup    sugar  
1   stick butter  
3   eggs  
1/2 cup    nuts (pecans)  
1/2 cup    white raisins  
1/2 cup    coconut  
1 tsp    vinegar  
1 9-inch    unbaked pie crust  
 
Combine all ingrediants and pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
