Banana Split Cake
 
 
CONTAINS RAW EGG please read TIP!
 
1   stick butter softened  
2 cups    graham cracker crumbs  
1   box powdered sugar  
1   eggs  
1 8-oz    package cream cheese  
1 cup    chopped pecans  
5   bananas sliced  
1 large    can crushed pineapple drained  
1 large    carton Cool Whipped cream  
  Optional garnish - graham cracker crumbs, chopped nuts, and maraschino cherries  
 
Mix butter and crumbs and press in 9 by 13 pan. Beat powdered sugar, egg, and cream cheese for 15 minutes. Fold in nuts and spread over crust. Allow to chill slightly. Spread bananas, then pineapple over mixture. Spread Cool Whip last. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving. Cut into squares for serving. Each square may be garnished with crumbs or nuts and a maraschino cherry.

 Cooking Tips
Note: you really need farm fresh eggs for this one as it uses raw eggs in it.. or use the pasteurized ones that cost extra... IF you can not get them... please remember to coddle your eggs....
