Wash pork under warm water until the gritty feel is TOTALLY gone. Lay out chops on baking sheet one layer deep and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heavily sprinkle garlic salt over the entire surfaces of pork flesh. Splash with soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil and a few drops of fish sauce. Cover with tin foil and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes then flip and re-season as the first side.. and bake another 30 minutes with foil on it... remove foil and bake 15 minutes to brown then turn and bake another 15 to brown... then serve.... goes well with mixed greens and crowder peas.

This is what I cook when I am not in the mood to cook! Throw on a can of Old Glory mixed greens and open a couple cans of crowder peas and you have an easy supper!
