Aunt Margarett Persimmon Pudding
 
 
1 cup    butter  
2   eggs  
2 cup    sugar  
2 cup    flour  
2 cup    milk  
2 cup    persimmon  
1 tsp    vanilla  
 
Mix well and add to greased pan. Bake 325°
