Apple Crisp
 
 
You can put this in a deep dish 9-inch pie crust as well but I would NOT add the water to a crust!
 
6   medium tart apples  
1   stick butter  
3/4 cup    flour  
3/4 cup    sugar  
1/2 tsp    cinnamon  
1/8 tsp    salt  
1/2 cup    water  
 
Slice apples very thin after peeling and coring. Pour into buttered pan. Blend into crumbs teh other ingredients and pour over appples. Pour water over top. Bake in 375° oven for 30 - 45 minutes.
