Anchovy Paste
 
 
I use this for curry pastes instead of shrimp paste and in Caesar salad dressings.
 
1   can anchovies  
  Tabasco sauce (optional)  
  Worcestershire sauce (optional)  
 
Drain off oil from anchovies, I pat dry with paper towel. Pulverize anchovies to a fine paste with no bones or extras showing. Add Tabasco to taste. I sometimes add one drop of Worcestershire sauce.
