Amish Friendship Cake
 
 
1 1/2 cups    oil  
2 cups    sugar  
3   eggs (beaten)  
1 tsp    soda  
2 tsp    vanilla  
3 cups    flour  
2 cups    pecans, or black walnuts  
3 cups    of the fruit mixture, drained and chopped to bite size  
 
Combine oil and sugar and blend in the eggs. Add dry ingredients (flour, soda) fold in the fruit mix. Add pecans and vanilla. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake in bundt pan for about 1 hour 15 min to 1 hour 30 min. Check with knife before removing from oven. Freezes well!
