A better pie (exquisite Pie)
 
 
6   eggs  
2 cup    sugar  
2   sticks butter (melted)  
1 cup    coconut  
1 cup    pecans  
1 cup    raisins  
2 Tbs    vinegar or lemon juice  
 
Mix and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes makes 2 pies.
