Harvard Beets
 
 
3-4   large diced cooked beets  
  enought beet juice to cover  
3 Tbs    flour  
2 Tbs    sugar  
1 tsp    salt  
1/2 cup    vinegar  
 
Heat all together cook stirring constantly, until smooth and thicken.
