To form each loaf, place 5 biscuits on edge on ungreased cookie sheet. Light bress together and shape ends to form a loaf. Brush with egg white. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, until deep golden brown. Cool. Slice loaves in half lengthwise; spread with mayonnaise. Layer with lettuce, cheese, ham and tomato slices. |
