Poor Boy Sandwiches
 
 
2   cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Country Style or Buttermilk Biscuits  
1   egg white, slightly beaten  
  seasame seeds  
  mayonnaise  
  lettuce leaves  
8   slices American cheese  
8   ready-to-eat ham slices  
  8 tomato slices  
 
Oven 350°
1 To form each loaf, place 5 biscuits on edge on ungreased cookie sheet. Light bress together and shape ends to form a loaf. Brush with egg white. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, until deep golden brown. Cool. Slice loaves in half lengthwise; spread with mayonnaise. Layer with lettuce, cheese, ham and tomato slices.
 
Yield: Four 8-inch loaves

Pack baked loaves and filling ingredients in picnic basket. Assemble on the spot.
