Party Ham Sandwiches
 
 
5-8 T    butter  
2 Tbs    prepared mustard  
1-2 Tbs    poppy seeds  
2 tsp    Worcestershire sauce  
1 small    onion, grated  
1 pkg    (20-24) party rolls  
1 4-oz    pkg. sliced boiled ham  
1 4-oz    pkg. sliced swiss cheese  
 
Mix together with softened butter, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire, and onion. Slice open rolls, but do not separate. (day-old rolls may be used) Spread creamed mixture on both sides of rolls. Top one side with ham and then place a layer of Swiss cheese slices over the ham. Place top section of rolls over the ham-cheese layers. Refrigerate if made ahead or freeze. When ready to serve, heat in a 350° oven until cheese is melted.
 
Servings: 1
Yield: 20-24 tiny sandwiches
