Vinegar Cole Slaw
 
 
1 large    hard head cabbage  
1 cup    mayonnaise* optional  
2 Tbs    apple cider vinegar  
1 Tbs    sugar  
  pepper  
  salt  
 
Chop cabbage with can that has been trimmed with tin nippers (I like the more narrow pea can, it fits my palm easier.) When pieces are smaller than your little fingernail and all the same size add Mayo*, vinager sugar and salt... sprinkle in pepper till it can be seen. If you dont use mayo add more sugar to taste.
