hard head cabbage |

| 1/2 large |
|
jar dukes or Kraft mayonnaise |
|
| 1 Tbs |
|
french's mustard |
|
| 1 Tbs |
|
sugar |
|
|
|
pepper |
|
|
|
salt |
|

| Chop cabbage with can that has been trimmed with tin nippers (I like the more narrow pea can, it fits my palm easier.) When pieces are smaller than your little fingernail and all the same size add Mayo, mustard, sugar and salt... sprinkle in pepper till it can be seen. |
