small sweet onion, sliced thin wedges |

bleu cheese crumbles |

| Drain off juice from oranges and put into qt bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, add more if needed just to thicken. Whisk until there are no lumps and begins to thicken. Set aside to chill in Fridge.
Clean greens and cut off all stems. Wash thoroughly and add all remaining ingredients. Toss with Dressing from step 1.
Serve with bleu cheese crumbles on the side. |
