| Blend peppers and water in food processor then strain. Boil vinegar and sugars for 5 minutes then remove from heat and add 2 bottles/boxes of sure - jell or certo and add green food coloring and wax tops. Heat parrifin to hot wax in double boiler and pour over hot jelly. (may heat to liquid in microwave) |
