Shepard's Pie
 
 
2 lb    ground beef  
  salt  
  pepper  
  garlic  
1 med    onion  
1 large    green onion  
1 can    corn  
1 can    peas  
1 can    cream of mushroom or celery or onion soup  
4 large    potatoes cooked and mashed  
  cheddar cheese  
 
Carmalize onion in skillet and add beef to brown, seasoning with garlic, salt and pepper, till all brown and full of flavor. Cover bottom of casserole dish with meat mixture and sprinkle can of peas and can of corn in layers over top of beef. Mix soup with one soup can of water and pour over veggies. Cover entire mix with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top for color. Heat in 400³ F oven for 30 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with tiny sliced green onion sprinkled over pie when done.
