pkg kielbasa or polish sausage, sliced |

cloves garlic, pressed |

can black olives, sliced |

can green olives, sliced |

large container of mushrooms, sliced |

tomatoes |

| 32 oz |

tomato sauce |

small can tomato paste |

parsley |

| 2 tsp |

oregano |

| Cook bacon till crispy. Drain on paper towel. Saute peppers and onions in bacon grease. Drain oil and pat the veggies with paper towel to remove excess grease. Put into large pot and crumble bacon into it. Brown the hamburger meat in oil from bacon and veggies, drain and pat dry with paper towels and add to pot with bacon and veggies. Slice polish sausage and add all remaining ingredients to pot. Cover and cook 1 hour. Don't cook too long can become bitter. |
