Smoked Pork Vinegar
 
 
1 cup    cider vinegar  
1/3 cup    Tobasco  
1/4 t    salt  
1 pinch    red pepper flakes  
 
Mix and put in vinegar bottle and set on table for that extra punch pork can sometimes beg for!
