Wash chicken under warm water removing all fat and slimy stuff. Lay out chicken parts on baking sheet one layer deep and sprinkle with pepper. Heavily sprinkle garlic salt over the entire surfaces of all chicken flesh. Cover with tin foil and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes then flip and re-season as the first side.. and bake another 30 minutes with foil on it... remove foil and bake 5 minutes to brown then turn and bake another 5 to brown... then serve.... goes well with asparagus and macarroni and cheese.

This is what I cook when I am not in the mood to cook, but want some fast chicken! The kids are always in the mood for mac and cheese and I can add something green to go with it. I like asparagus or brussel sprouts!
