Quiche Lorraine
 
 
1   pie crust  
3-5   eggs  
1 cup    heavy cream  
1/2 cup    milk  
8   slices bacon, cooked (or sausage, ham, ground beef etc...  
1 cup    grated cheese (swiss or chedder)  
  salt and pepper to taste  
 
Heat pie crust so it won't be soggy. Crumble bacon & line bottom of crust. Next add grated cheese. Beat other ingredients and pour over cheese & Meat. Bake At 375° F. Until firm & brown (20 to 30 Min.)
