Cover the pork liver with water in pan to cook. (If you use extra pork cook them in seperate pan) ; simmer until tender. Save all the left over drippings from the pans and combine them, let cool. Remove any gristle or veins from liver. Chop up liver and pork chops into small pieces and put through medium or fine blade of food processor, but just pulse it and don't let it get too mushy. Combine ground liver (and pork) loosen with pan drippings, add seasonings. Mix thoroughly, taste and adjust seasonings. Add more of pan drippings if needed to thin the meat mixture, enough to help hold it together but not enough to make it soupy. Pack mixture firmly into lightly buttered loaf pan. Cover surface of meat with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Cool to room temperature, and refrigerate over night.

Cooking Tips
Please always remember to soak fresh killed meats to remove toxins and possibly even hormones. Here is how I do it. Soak meats in warm very salty water bath for at least 30 minutes, then rinse with fresh cold water, then soak over night in more salt water, and rinse in fresh water again in the morning then soak for 15 - 30 minutes in fresh plain water to help remove salt and left over toxins from fresh meat (I do store bought meat as well, have you seen slauderhouse pics?)

People don't eat animal parts like we used to... My granny said and I firmly believe (after all the studying I have done) that you need different protiens from various body parts to help heal.. IE heart for heart problems, kidney for kidney repair. This recipe is a great way to add heart, liver, kidneys etc to your diet and help be sure your family gets the proteins that are unique to the various body parts.
