Barb's Sauerbraten
 
 
  steak sliced thin  
  vegetable oil  
  onion  
  Worcestershire  
  ginger  
  beef bullion  
  water  
  rice or noodles  
 
Brown steak in small amount of vegetable oil. Add chopped onion, Worcestershire, ginger, beef bullion and water. After cooking, thicken broth and serve over rice or noodles.
