Barb's Round Steak and Stuffing
 
 
1   round steak  
  stove top in a box  
Sauce:  
  Tomato sauce  
  mushrooms  
  parsley  
  black pepper  
 
Pound steak flat and sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Brown in oil. Make stuffing as directed on box. Mix up sauce. Line oven dish with foil: enough to pull up and seal. Pile stuffing on meat and roll up to secure with toothpicks. Pour sauce over. Pull up foil so it will seal. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.
