Barb's Flounder
 
 
  salt and pepper to taste  
  fish  
1/2 cup    white wine  
2 Tbs    lemon juice  
  onion, chopped  
1 Tbs    butter or oleo  
1 Tbs    flour  
1/4 cup    milk  
 
Salt and pepper fish, put into skilled. Add white wine and lemon juice and chopped onion. Cover and cook until flaky (5 min) Remove fish; reserve liquid. Melt butter add flour and milk. Thicken and add reserved liquid. Replace fish and spoon sauce over fish.
