| Salt and pepper fish, put into skilled. Add white wine and lemon juice and chopped onion. Cover and cook until flaky (5 min) Remove fish; reserve liquid. Melt butter add flour and milk. Thicken and add reserved liquid. Replace fish and spoon sauce over fish. |
