| Dust baked cooled pie shell with confectioners sugar. Dissolve gelatin into 1 T hot water. Cook sugar and cornstarch in 1 cup hot water until thick. Add gelatin mix and vanilla. Cool, fold in strawberries and pour into pie shell. Top with cream |
