Strawberry Pie
 
 
1   baked 9-inch pie shell  
  confectioner's sugar  
3 Tbs    strawberry gelatin  
1 cup    plus 1 T hot water  
1 cup    sugar  
3 Tbs    cornstarch  
1 tsp    vanilla  
2 cup    fresh strawberries  
  sweetened whipped cream  
 
Dust baked cooled pie shell with confectioners sugar. Dissolve gelatin into 1 T hot water. Cook sugar and cornstarch in 1 cup hot water until thick. Add gelatin mix and vanilla. Cool, fold in strawberries and pour into pie shell. Top with cream
