Petite Cheesecakes
 
 
2 (8oz)    pkg. cream cheese, room temp  
2   eggs  
1 Tbs    lemon juice  
3/4 cup    sugar  
1 tsp    vanilla  
1 box    vanilla wafers  
 
Beat cream cheese with mixer and add all other ingredients. Mix well. Put vanilla wafers in bottoms of paper muffin cups and cover each wafer with cream cheese mixture. Bake 275 ° 25 minutes. Let cool, peel off paper, and top each little cheesecake with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
