Nutty Fingers
 
 
1 cup    butter  
1/2 cup    powdered sugar plus more for rolling  
2 cups    plain flour tortillas  
2 Tbs    water  
1 tsp    vanilla  
3/4 cup    chopped pecans  
 
In mixer, cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add flour, water and vanilla. Beat until smooth or mix by hand. Add nuts and blend. With hands, roll dough into cookies the size and shape of large dates. Put on greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until light golden brown in oven preheated to 325°. Roll in powdered sugar while hot and again when cold.
