Mother's Potato Cake
 
 
Cake  
1/2 cup    butter  
2 cup    sugar  
1/2 cup    cocoa  
4   eggs  
1/2 cup    coffee (liquid)  
1 cup    cream potatoes  
2 cup    raisins (fluff with warm water and drain)  
2 tsp    vanilla  
1 cup    walnuts  
2 cup    plain flour  
  salt  
1 Tbs    baking powder  
Icing  
1   stick butter  
8 Tbs    sour cream  
1   box powdered sugar  
 
1 Mix and bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
2 Mix icing and ice cake.
