Lemon Chess Pie
 
 
1/2 lb    butter (do not use margarine)  
2 cup    light brown sugar  
1 cup    white sugar  
6   eggs  
  juice from 1 lemon  
  2 9- inch pie crusts  
 
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then lemon juice. Pour into pie crusts and bake at 375° until center sets.
