Fast Macaroons
 
 
So easy to make!
 
5 1/2 cups    or 14 - bag coconut  
14 oz    sweetened condensed milk  
2 tsp    vanilla  
  Maraschino cherries, halved  
  other garnish / deco  
 
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Drop from teaspoon 1 inch apart on well greased baking sheet. Decorate with halved maraschino cherries or sprinkle with multi colored sprinkles or sugar crystals. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet at once. (may need to use a moist spatula)
 
Servings: 1
Yield: 5 doz
 
 Cooking Tips
Optional Flavors just add one of them to above: 1. Chocolate: fold in 4 squares semi sweet or 1 cup chocolate chips, melted. 2. Raisins: add 1 cup raisins (white is pretty) 3. Chip-a-roons: 1 c chocolate chops 4. Nuts: 1 cup pecans or almonds, chopped fine
NOTE: Fun to color for holidays!
