Double Pie Crust
 
 
2 cup    plain flour sifted  
1   tesaspoon salt  
2/3 cup    shortening  
6 Tbs    cold water  
 
Add salt to flour and sift again. Cut in shorting till mix looks like coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle water one teaspoon at a time pressing with a fork do not stir. Place dough particles on wax paper. Roll and place in pie pan prick with fork. Bake 450° for 12 to 15 min if you need a pre-cooked crust.
