Cocoa Pie
 
 
1 cup    sugar  
4 Tbs    rounded flour tortillas  
4 Tbs    level cocoa  
1/2 tsp    salt  
2 1/2 cup    boiling water  
  small lump butter (walnut size)  
2 tsp    vanilla  
1   baked pie shell  
 
Mix sugar, flour, cocoa & salt together in sauce pan. Add boiling water, stir well and put over heat and cook until thickened. Add margarine and vanilla. Cool a few minutes and pour into pie shell. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped topping or whipped cream is even better.
