| Sift flour, 1 cup sugar, 3 T cocoa, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Add milk, butter and vanilla and beat well. Stir in walnuts spread batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar and 3 T cocoa, Sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over all. Bake 350° 40 minutes. Serve warm with home made whipped cream on top. |
