Chocolate Pudding Cake
 
 
1 1/2 cup    sifted flour  
1 cup    sugar  
3 Tbs    cocoa  
3 tsp    baking powder  
3/4 tsp    salt  
3/4 cup    milk  
1 1/2 Tbs    melted butter  
2 tsp    vanilla  
3/4   chopped walnuts  
1/2 cup    brown sugar, firmly packed  
1/4 cup    white sugar  
3 Tbs    cocoa  
1 3/4 cup    boiling water  
 
Sift flour, 1 cup sugar, 3 T cocoa, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Add milk, butter and vanilla and beat well. Stir in walnuts spread batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar and 3 T cocoa, Sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over all. Bake 350° 40 minutes. Serve warm with home made whipped cream on top.
