Chocolate Pound Cake Icing
 
 
This goes on just about anything it is a nice fudgy icing.
 
1   stick margarine  
3 1/2 Tbs    cocoa  
1/3 cup    buttermilk  
1   box powdered sugar sifted  
  3/4 cup chopped pecans * optional ( I don't use them)  
 
Bring to boil margarine, cocoa, and buttermilk, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, stirring thoroughly. Add nuts if desired. Spread on cake cooled to room temperature. Do not make icing too stiff or it will chunk off the cake... try and keep it more soft than fudgy.
