Aunt Nickie's Pineapple Coconut Cake
 
 
Into a large bowl, put these ingredients:  
2 cup    flour  
2 cup    sugar  
2 tsp    baking soda  
1   #2 can unsweetened crushed pineapple (2 1/2 cups)  
  Mix by hand! Put into greased floured 9 13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.  
Top while still warm with:  
1/2 stick    butter or margarine  
1 tsp    vanilla  
8 oz    cream chease  
1/4 cup    powdered sugar  
 
Mix all ingredients and pour over cake. Desert couldn't be easier and very good, too!
