Potatoes Soup
 
 
3-5   large potatoes  
  med onion  
  salt & pepper to taste  
16 oz    can evap milk or cream  
1/4 cup    butter  
 
Peel and totally clean potatoes so there is NO COLOR on them but white... no yellow green brown or spots. (these are all dangerous to consume! It causes depression) cube and bring to boil on stove top. When corners round add onion and butter. If you like yours creamed do so at this time. Then add milk and serve immediately.
