hog jowls or salt pork |

Cream corn |

large onions, chopped |

milk (or 1 can evap milk if you dont have a cow) |

Salt and pepper to taste |

| Peel potatoes and make sure there is no green, brown or black or yellow areas, spots etc... on potatoe... anything besides white is dangerous or poisonous. Cube potatoes and cover with water and bring to boil adding salt and pepper... when edges of cubes start to round taste one and make sure it is soft. Fry hog jowls till nice and brown 1/2 inch size cubes... Then add jowl cubes with chopped onions and corn. When comes to boild add milk or cream. Heat and add more salt and pepper if needed. |
