Squash Casserole Extra
 
 
Casserole  
3 cups    boiled salted squash (firm)  
1 cup    mayonnaise  
1 can    cream of mushroom soup  
1 can    cream of chicken soup  
1   carrot, grated  
1   small onion, diced  
1 cup    cheese, shredded  
3/4 cup    pepperidge farm stuffing crumbs  
Topping  
1/2   stick butter  
1/4 cup    stuffing mix  
 
Mix first 8 ingredients together and pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup stuffing on top and pat down then dot with 1/2 stick margarine. Bake about 35 minutes @ 350° F
