Barb's Crock Pot Steak
 
 
1 1/2 lbs    round steak; cut 3/4 inches thick  
2 Tbs    flour  
1   med. onion  
1   stalk celery  
1   carrot  
1 15oz    can tomato sauce  
  salt and pepper to taste  
 
Cut round steak; Dredge, layer in crock pot: onions, then meat hten carrots and celery. Cover with tomato sauce. Cook all day in crock pot.
