| Cream shortening, add sugar gradually and cream well, add eggs, then mashed bananas and nuts, and sifted dry ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake @ 350° F for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until center is done. Test with broomstraw or tooth pick. |
