mango pureed (less if pulp is used) |

| 1 1/4 cups |

natural (plain) yogurt |
|
| 2 tsp |
|
sugar (to taste) |

| 1 cups |
|
water or milk (ice if want more frozen) |

| Method:
* Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender.
* Strain through a sieve, pushing as much liquid as possible. If the pulp has been used there is no need to strain.
* Pour in glasses and serve. |
