| Aunt Peggy used Almond Extract |

unsweetened cocoa powder |

| 2 pinches |

vanilla extract |

1. In 4 quart saucepan add cocoa and salt, and mix. Add water and bring to a boil. Add sugar and return to boil... let reduce for 2 minutes. |

2. Stir in the milk and heat, but do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

3. Drop marshmallows on top. Serve immediately.
